•FOURTH WALLING / CANON PUNCTURE: If your character is canonically aware of the Fallout games or is so into gaming that they realistically couldn't not be aware of it, then sure! Let's talk about canon puncture if you're coming in from a later point in the Fallout (games or TV) canon.
•BACKTAGGING: My memory is not great! After a week or so between tags I can start getting fuzzy on what was going on.

IC CHARACTERISTICS:
•CURRENT CANON POINT: The end of S1E4, 'The Ghouls'
•PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Lucy is around 5'4" with a slim, athletic build, medium-length brown hair and brown eyes. She habitually wears her blue and yellow Vault-Tec jumpsuit and wears a Pip-Boy portable computer on her left wrist; this is also her warden item. She has an American accent and doesn't really smell of anything beyond 'clean' unless she's been working out.
•DEMEANOR: Initially, Lucy's affect was pitched as 'Leslie Knope meets Ned Flanders'; while time and trauma have sanded off some of that, she still tries to be pleasant and personable in the first instance. She very rarely curses and is slow to anger.
•ABILITIES: Lucy is adept at a number of skills (including machine maintenance, gardening, fencing, gymnastics and riflery) but is in all respects a basic-ass human.
•MEDICAL INFORMATION: One of Lucy's fingers has been cut off and replaced with a finger that isn't hers - it's slightly discoloured but works fine! Other than that, she's a healthy human woman.
•CABIN INFORMATION: A heavy, vertically sliding steel blast door leads into a small apartment with a kitchen/dining area and double bed. A small second living area is curtained off; there's also a bathroom with shower. The aesthetic is 1950s retrofuturistic, with brands such as 'Atomic Queen' featured on the home appliances.
•OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS: There probably are some, but nothing so offensive I'd warn for it!
